Efficiency Revolution, LLC is hiring an Insulation Installer Technician. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of hiring full time in the near future. Experience with construction is preferred. This position is responsible for the safe installation of insulation in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements of existing, occupied homes.

Our mission is to improve the energy efficiency and comfort of homes, and reduce energy-related pollution.

Compensation: $25-32 per hour. 6 paid holidays. 6 additional days paid leave. Additional benefits: 50% health and dental insurance contribution after 60 days, and 100% coverage after one year. Insurance benefits are for full time employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to do physical labor. There is a lot of kneeling, so your knees should be able to handle this.
• Ability to wear a half-mask respirator most of the day.
• Must have excellent balance, and able to fit through small openings in attic spaces and crawl spaces
• Must be able to communicate via 2-way radio between the insulation machine loader and attic installer). Insulation machine is fairly loud, so you need to be able to hear when someone is calling to start or stop the machine via the radio.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation.
• No tattoos on face
